OUR CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched, a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in these terms and conditions

AVAILABILITY

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.

PRICING

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the Website. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned.

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address.

You will assume responsibility for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. TONI&GUY accepts no liability where an incorrect delivery address has been supplied or where you fail to collect or receive the products at the address/delivery preferences specified at the time of purchase. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon delivery however, ownership of the products will only pass to you upon receipt of Toni&Guy receiving full payment for the products purchased.  

Estimated Delivery Window: Provided for guidance only, not a guaranteed delivery time.

Liability: Coverage begins once the item is accepted at the Drop Off Point and meets service requirements.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel any of your current orders prior to dispatch by heading to our Contact us page.

RETURNS

Please review our Returns Policy which applies to products purchased from us. In addition to our returns guarantee, consumers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided in Returns Policy.

CUSTOMS

When ordering goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any charges for duty, taxes and customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.

CHILDREN

We do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

LOSSES

Competition Terms and Conditions

1 WHO CAN ENTER

1.1 This competition is open to everyone Worldwide aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, participating brands, prize suppliers, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.

1.2 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this competition. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

1.3 No purchase necessary. Winner will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

2 DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

2.1 Entries must be received between 10:00 am on 20th of May 2026 and 11:59 am on 2nd of June 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

 3 HOW TO ENTER 

3.1 Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by simply following @toniandguyworld & @labelmworld on Instagram, you will need to like the giveaway post and TAG another Instagram user in the comments of the giveaway post. (a) If you sign up to our newsletter at the link in the bio of the Instagram page of @toniandguyworld, you will receive one additional entry into the competition.

(b) Each additional comment posted by an entrant on the giveaway post shall count as a separate entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

3.2 No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

3.3 Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition.

4 THE PRIZE 

4.1 The prize for the winner is:

(a) 2x night stay at Foxhills Spa & Golf Hotel (includes breakfast in the Manor House and full use of the leisure facilities, including the par-3 Manor Golf course). The winner cannot book a stay during the hotel’s blackout dates, which are Easter and Christmas. Any additional items purchased during the stay, including food, drinks, spa treatments and room service, must be paid for by the winner. The hotel stay must be used by 31st December 2027. The winner is responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the hotel and for all associated travel costs.

4.2 Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests.

4.3 Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

5 WINNER SELECTION

5.1 All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winner will be picked at random.

5.2 The Giveaway will be announced on 2nd June 2026.

6 WINNER NOTIFICATION

6.1 The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message via the verified @toniandguyworld account as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the competition entry. The winner will be required to respond within 48 hours of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event the winner does not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.

6.2 The winner’s full name, residential address, email address and phone number will be requested via Instagram direct message in order to arrange prize delivery.

6.3 Please allow 30 days from the date of the winner’s address verification for delivery of the priz.

6.4 The winner will be contacted by Slip within 5 business days of winner verification to confirm their preferred Sleep Mask style (Contour or Classic) and Pillowcase colour/style. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Slip reserves the right to select the style and colour at its discretion.

7 DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

7.1 By entering this competition, you acknowledge that the Promoter will process your personal data for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting winners and arranging prize fulfilment. 6. FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE

6. How to Redeem

7. Exclusions and Restrictions

8. Refunds and Returns

   • Refunds will be calculated to reflect the promotion thresholds.

   • Example:

     • If 3 products were purchased with 20% off and 1 product is returned, the remaining 2 products will be re-calculated at the 15% discount rate. The refund will be reduced to reflect the adjusted discount.

     • If 2 products were purchased with 15% off and 1 product is returned, the remaining product will be re-calculated at full price. The refund will be reduced accordingly.

      

   • If all items from the bundle are returned, customers will be refunded the full amount paid.

    

9. General

Returns & Refunds

If you choose to return any qualifying products, you must also return any free products received as part of the offer in their original, unused condition. If the free product is not returned, the retail price of the free product will be deducted from your refund amount. The free product cannot be returned separately for a refund or exchanged for another product.

Misuse of Offers

We reserve the right to cancel any orders and/or refuse to honour any offer if we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse of the offer.

Stock Availability

All offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute the free product with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary. The offer is valid only while stocks last.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

WAIVER

If you breach these terms and conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms and conditions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
