The Kasho Excelia Thinning Scissor are created with polished 440C steel to thin out and shape hair. The upper edge features 38 teeth whilst the lower edge has a semi-convex and Japanese hollow grinding to reduce resistance whilst cutting to restrict tiredness.
The Excelia Offset Texturizer measures 6.0 inches in length with 38 teeth and comes complete with an ergonomic detachable finger rest.
